Dallas Marathon Age Group Award

My Age Group award from the Dallas Marathon arrived in the mail tonight!  I super cool coaster or paperweight!  I love functional trophies!

Valentine's Party

Jackson had so much fun at his class valentine's party.  And I think he was super happy that I found a way to be there.  He showed me all his favorite things around the classroom (not at all surprised that they were stuffed animals) and he won't the contest to guess the number of kisses in the jar!

Fortune

So I have been contemplating what is next after Boston for quite some time now.  I keep coming back to 70.3, but there are a number of hurdles I'm trying to get over...swimming over a mile, riding a bike for 56, buying a bike, etc.  Anyways, tonight at dinner I got this interesting fortune in my fortune cookie...I think Pei Wei is trying to tell me something:

Built Ford Tough High School Player of the Year

One of my favorite projects at work is the Built Ford Tough High School Player of the Week/Year where we highlight some amazing kids for the work on the football field, in school, and in the community.  Tonight was the Player of the Year banquet where we announcing our winners.  So motivating to see these amazing kids and all that they have accomplished.

100 Days of School!

Today marks the 100th day of school this year.  Jackson had to make a poster with 100 objects to celebrate.  We made a rainbow with Froot Loops:
