They are still completing construction so there are a few unfinished items, like staining the front door and garage doors. There are quite a few items inside that have to be finished, but nothing major. We are also having a larger patio with a fireplace added in the back yard.Now we just need an offer on our MN house...

Did you remember that you moved to Texas and might not need a fireplace on the patio any more?

AHHH, totally another reason to love southern living...MUCH more house for the money! Congrats, it's beautiful and now you need more than one baby to fill those rooms! JRO
